MEET THE FOUNDER
Star Hodge
Star Hodge is a healthcare professional turned entrepreneur, business coach, and founder of The Scrub Boss Brand.
After years of firsthand experience in healthcare, Star recognized that relying solely on bedside income limited long-term growth and flexibility. She began building businesses outside of healthcare and soon realized that many healthcare professionals were asking the same questions she once had—but lacked clear guidance.

Today, Star teaches healthcare professionals how to build businesses with intention, structure, and sustainability using real-world strategy, not hype.
